Alan Engel

Principal

Mr. Engel, a principal of Crowne Partners, Inc., has been actively engaged in the management and development of commercial and residential real estate since 1984. He has a strong expertise in construction administration and property management. Mr. Engel also supervises services to numerous family trusts and investment partnerships.

Mr. Engel holds an MBA from The Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Mr. Engel received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado in May, 1977.

Mr. Engel is a registered General Securities Representative and a registered General Securities Principal with FINRA.

Alan Levow

Principal

Mr. Levow, a principal of Crowne Partners, Inc., has over 35 years of experience in purchasing and structuring real estate transactions throughout the United States, and currently is at the forefront in designing creative and successful investment strategies in developmental real estate.

Prior to joining Crowne Partners, Inc., Mr. Levow was a Vice President and General Partner of Investors Realty Associates of Atlanta, Georgia.

From 1978-1982, Mr. Levow was associated with JMB Realty Corporation, one of the nation’s largest sponsors of tax advantaged real estate investments. Beginning his career as an Associate in the Acquisition Group, he was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions and thereafter opened and served as Director of JMB’s Southeastern Region Acquisition Office.

In June, 1978, Mr. Levow received a MBA from Northwestern University. An associate with the law firm of Holland and Hart in Denver, Colorado from July, 1975 to June, 1977, Mr. Levow received his JD from Northwestern University in May, 1975, where he was on the Editorial Board of the Law Review and graduated cum laude.

Andrea Haines

Vice President and General Counsel

Mrs. Haines is Vice President and General Counsel for Crowne Partners, Inc. Mrs. Haines focuses on new developments, legal oversight and compliance for the construction, management and securities teams, and oversees all capital market transactions for the company. Mrs. Haines is a registered General Securities Representative with FINRA. Prior to joining Crowne Partners, Mrs. Haines practiced law in the Global Finance group of Sidley Austin LLP in Chicago.

Mrs. Haines received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania where she served as Managing Editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law, and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Northwestern University, where she was Phi Beta Kappa. Mrs. Haines serves on the Board of Directors for Girls Inc. of Central Alabama and Red Mountain Theatre Company.

Cary Levow

Vice President of Development

Mr. Levow is a Vice President of Development for Crowne Partners, Inc. Mr. Levow focuses on new site development and acquisition, negotiation of new commercial leases, construction budgets and forecasting, and development oversight during the entitlement process for new sites at Crowne.

Mr. Levow has several years of experience in the real estate and multi-family business. He is a registered General Securities Representative with FINRA. Prior to joining Crowne Partners, he worked as a Development Associate for Wendover Housing Partners LLC in Atlanta. Mr. Levow received his JD and MBA from the University of Miami with a concentration in Real Estate and his BS from the University of Wisconsin majoring in Economics. Mr. Levow is currently a member of the Georgia Bar Association.

Mark Pflaum

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Pflaum serves as Chief Financial Officer of Crowne Partners, Inc.’s tax department. He has been employed by Crowne for over 25 years and specializes in real estate and partnership accounting and taxation. Mr. Pflaum also devotes considerable time on investor relations.

Mr. Pflaum earned his BS and Masters in Taxation from the University of Alabama, where he graduated cum laude and magna cum laude, respectively and earned his CPA license by passing the CPA exam in his first attempt. He is the Financial Secretary for his local Knights of Columbus council and volunteers at his church.

Lewis Shubin

Vice President

Mr. Shubin has had a variety of corporate and entrepreneurial experiences in his 35-year career. His career began at WH Smith PLC, where he rose to Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Legal Affairs. Mr. Shubin subsequently founded Gift Partners LP, a developer of retail businesses in the country’s leading resorts and simultaneously, Sope Creek, a leading provider of branded identity apparel to the four and five-star resort industry. Both firms were acquired by larger competitors. Mr. Shubin then joined the CMS Companies, a private equity firm focused on investing in real estate and small-to-mid-cap businesses on behalf of a group of high net worth investors. Mr. Shubin also served on the board of Goddard Development Partners, a regional shopping center developer.

Mr. Shubin received his JD from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
