Our Story
Crowne Partners was founded in 1984 by Alan Engel and Alan Levow with the simple goal of creating value through real estate development throughout the United States. Sharing core values, and possessing complimentary backgrounds and skills, Alan and Alan have remained partners through many real estate market cycles.
Over the years the leadership team has grown to include Alan Levow’s two sons, Jake (2010) and Cary (2018), as well as one of Alan Engel’s daughters, Andrea (2013).
Over the decades, the style of the buildings may have changed, but the Levow and Engel families have remained focused on building quality communities that stand the test of time in order to create value for our partners.
