Crowne at Old Carolina is a 199-unit luxury apartment community located along Buck Island Road about one half mile south of the major intersection of US 278 and Buck Island Road.

This community will be recognized as the area’s premier apartment community and will be state-of-the-art in terms of energy efficient design.

The architecture will enhance the surrounding environment. The interior units will have the look and feel of a luxury condominium featuring 9-foot ceilings with double crown molding throughout the living room and dining room areas in the middle and bottom floor units.
