Leasing Consultant
Under the direction of the Community Director and Assistant Community Director, the Marketing Representative shows and leases apartments to prospective tenants.
Skills Required
Ability to communicate effectively with prospects, residents, coworkers and the general public; professional attitude and appearance; ability to effectively understand and carry out instructions from the Community Director and Assistant Community Director; ability to maintain good relations with residents and coworkers; ability to enter data using standard software; physical ability to tour apartments on multiple floors and access varied terrain.
Education and Experience Required
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training
- High school diploma or its equivalent (some college preferred)Some knowledgeof computer operations to include basic data entry
