- Be sure to initial and sign where indicated.
- There is a $45* non-refundable application fee per application and a $25* non-refundable application fee for guarantors. Please make your check payable to Crowne at Campus Pointe Apartments. Please understand that this application fee does not hold an apartment for you. In order to hold an apartment, a separate check is required in the amount of $200 per person*. The deposit will be refunded in the event your application is not approved. If you change your mind within 72 hours after we receive your check, the deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, it will be forfeited.
