Follow the instructions to complete the online application. Once the application is complete you will be redirected to pay a nominal application fee in the amount of $25. If you will have a guarantor, please print the guarantor form, guarantor application and qualifying criteria and fax completed forms to 601-579-4935 or mail to 700 Beverly Hills Rd, Hattiesburg, Ms 39401.  You can pay the guarantor application fee at the same time you pay your fee, for a total of $50 in application fees.

Please understand that this application fee does not hold an apartment for you.

In order to hold an apartment, you will need to pay an additional deposit of $200 for a one bedroom apartment, $250 for a two bedroom ($125 per bedroom), or $300 for a three bedroom ($100 per bedroom). The deposit will be refunded in the event your application is not approved.
