Do you have cameras?
Yes, our state-of-the-art surveillance cameras provide continuous surveillance.
What's the difference between office
hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours
the Manager will be available to assist you with your parking needs. The gate hours
are the hours of the property, and when your vehicles can be accessed.
Can I store personal items and household
goods?
The parking area is reserved exclusively for vehicles, boats, and trailers in working
order. We are very happy to help customers locate our associate self-storage facilites
for other storage needs.
What are the payment terms?
Crowne Plaza Parking strives to make your parking experience as hassle free as possible,
including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also
offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically
charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express® each month. Or you
can pay online by clicking the "Pay Online" link on the homepage, or by clicking
here.
What documentation do I need to store
my vehicle?
To place a car, truck, RV, motorcycle or other vehicle in storage, you will need
to provide a copy of the title, registration and current insurance. Any vehicle
placed in storage should be in running condition.
Should the gas tank be full or next
to empty?
For longer-term storage, vehicles should be parked and stored with as little gas in
the tank as possible. Allowing old gas to sit in the tank may be harmful for a vehicle
and an empty tank reduces fire hazards.
