Follow the instructions to complete the online application. Once the application is complete you will be redirected to pay a nominal student application fee of $45 and guarantor application fee of $25.

Please understand that this application fee does not hold an apartment for you. In order to hold an apartment, you will need to pay an additional deposit of $200 per person. The deposit will be refunded in the event your application is not approved.
